Any animal picked up in the north end of Utah County and the Lehi area is taken to the animal shelter located in Lindon. The North Utah Valley Animal Shelter is located at 193 N. 2000 W. in Lindon. It shall be unlawful for any domesticated animal to be at large at any time within the corporate limits of the City. The owner or custodian of any domesticated animal which is at large shall be strictly liable for a violation of this section, regardless of the precautions taken to prevent the escape of the animal and regardless of lack of knowledge of the offense at the time it occurs.
